• Nutrition: A total of $704, which covers meals and supplementation during the stay.
• Merchandise: Spending on the EXPO and other running souvenirs, which amounted to $390.
• Local Transport (Subway & Cabs): The cost of getting around New York is $104, covering subway rides and taxis.
• Additional Expenses: This category amounted to $847 and includes, among other things, registration fees (Abbott Dash to the Finish Line 5K: $45 and Marathon: $315), insurance, and a commemorative New York Times.
