Berlin Marathon 2025 — How to Reserve a Time Slot for Picking Up Your Bib Number
The organizers of the Berlin Marathon have introduced a straightforward slot reservation system for race number pickup to help avoid crowds and reduce stress before race day. The reservation is mandatory, and you can do it in just a few steps:
How to reserve your pickup slot?
1. Log in to your participant account at: login.scc-events.com.
2. In the menu, select “My registrations”.
3. Choose the event “BMW BERLIN MARATHON 2025”.
4. Click the option to book a time slot and choose the time that suits you.
5. Reservation is open from July 31 to September 15, 2025.
Want to change your reserved time later? No problem – you can update it directly in your account anytime before September 15.
Where and when can you pick up your race package?
Location: Messe Berlin, South Entrance (Jafféstraße 14055 Berlin)
Pickup hours at MARATHON EXPO:
• Thursday, September 18: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Friday, September 19: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday, September 20: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
It’s recommended to schedule your pickup on Thursday or Friday – the EXPO tends to be less crowded, giving you a more comfortable experience and more time to explore the exhibitors’ booths.
