One Tokyo Global Strava Challenge – Chance To Enter Tokyo Marathon 2027
One Tokyo Global is running a Strava challenge that gives participants a chance to enter a drawing for 100 entry spots for the Tokyo Marathon 2027. Today, Friday, August 14, is the final day to join this challenge, which operates independently from all other qualification methods or promotions related to the marathon.
To be eligible for the drawing, participants must complete a total of 10 km between August 1 and the deadline on August 14. Only outdoor walking or running counts — treadmill activities are not accepted. All activities must be recorded in Strava and linked to the challenge.
Participation does not require One Tokyo Global membership, but fees differ depending on status. Members pay 1,500 yen, while non‑members pay 3,200 yen. It is also necessary to connect your Strava account to the challenge so activities are properly tracked.
Completing the required 10 km does not automatically enter you into the drawing. After finishing the distance, you must click “Redeem reward” inside the Strava challenge and submit the email address you used when registering for the challenge with One Tokyo Global. The email linked to your Strava account may be different — what matters is entering the exact email used during registration with One Tokyo Global.
Only after completing all steps — registration, finishing the 10 km, connecting Strava, and submitting the correct email through “Redeem reward” — you are officially entered into the drawing for one of the 100 entry spots for the Tokyo Marathon 2027.
