Cape Town Marathon 2026: Race Registration<\/span><\/p>\n

Entries for the Sanlam Cape Town Marathon 2026 are now open! The marathon will take place on 24 May 2026<\/strong>. Organizers have provided two main registration pathways: the General Ballot and a special pool of sponsored entries for those affected by the 2025 race cancellation.<\/p>\n

Below you will find the key dates and procedures for both registration methods.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The application window for the general ballot for the 2026 marathon is open from 6 to 25 November 2025. This is the standard way to secure a starting number.<\/p>\n
