Review of Adidas Adizero Boston 10
Date of publication: May 23, 2022

Basic Parameters:

• Weight (size 42 2/3): 286 g
• Drop: 8 mm
• Type: training and racing shoe

Upper and Comfort

The Boston 10 features a thicker, more enclosed upper. This design provides solid foot support and good protection against cold during training in lower temperatures. However, on warmer days, you may notice that the upper is less breathable and your foot heats up a bit faster.

Cushioning and Responsiveness

Cushioning is at a high level thanks to the combination of Lightstrike and Lightstrike Pro foams, as well as Energyrods. You can feel that the shoes are dynamic and springy, making them great for faster workouts and longer runs.

Grip and Durability

The Continental rubber outsole guarantees very good grip on various surfaces, both dry and wet. This solution works for me regardless of the weather. I rate durability highly—the upper shows no signs of tearing even after intensive use, and the sole does not wear down too quickly. This aligns with the opinions of many runners who note the longevity of this model.

Summary

The Boston 10 is a solid, dynamic shoe for fast running, with a thicker upper that works better in cooler days. Comfort is at a good level, though in hot weather you may feel your foot overheating. For me, it’s a versatile model for various training sessions, especially if you care about durability and confident footing.

Final Ratings:

• Comfort: 7/10
• Cushioning: 8/10
• Responsiveness: 8/10
• Grip: 9/10
• Durability: 8/10
